This includes important details specific to the safari type, destination, and services included. Following this, you will receive a Safari Agreement Contract from us. This contract clearly reflects all discussed arrangements, including the selected packages, safari details, and agreed pricing.
After the Safari Agreement Contract has been carefully reviewed and signed, a deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the nature and type of safari selected.

For travel to South Africa, no mandatory vaccinations are required. However, we will clearly advise you on specific regions within South Africa and neighboring countries where malaria is considered a high-risk factor and where malaria medication is recommended.

To secure your African Safari with Inyati Africa Safaris, a deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit guarantees your reservation and secures all agreed arrangements for your safari experience.
All outstanding payments must be settled before departure. A detailed final invoice reflecting the remaining balance will be provided on the last day prior to departure, with any deposits previously paid fully deducted from the total amount due.
Payments can be made conveniently via electronic transfer using your banking app or through our card payment facility. Please note that when paying by debit or credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard only, and a 3.5% card levy will be applied to each card transaction.

Gratuities are not included in your daily safari rate and are never compulsory. Tipping is entirely a personal gesture and should reflect your level of satisfaction with the service and overall experience during your safari with us.
The decision on whether to tip, how much to give, and to whom rests solely with each guest. There is no obligation or expectation—only appreciation where you feel it is deserved. You can also discuss this with your Hunting Outfitter & Tour Operator.
To ensure fairness and to avoid interrupting your safari experience, we kindly request that all gratuities be presented at the end of your safari, rather than on a daily basis. Tips should be given directly to your Professional Hunter or Guide, as well as to trackers, skinners, and lodge staff. This approach allows for proper and respectful distribution among the team who contributed to your safari experience.
Bringing your personal rifle into South Africa requires a temporary import permit issued by the South African Police Service (SAPS). To ensure a smooth and stress-free process, Inyati Africa Safaris works closely with a professional company that specializes in the importation of firearms into South Africa. Their experienced representatives will privately meet you upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and assist you with all required documentation and procedures to declare your firearm correctly.
